Completed surveys not showing up on Waycheck stats page
A minor thing and slightly tongue-in-cheek but I was a bit sad, having been out and walked a route slowly in the hot sun in order to survey it, including going off route a bit to check for facilities, then getting straight back and typing in all my survey data, only to find that I didn't show up on the Waycheck stats page as contributing!
I'm not saying I only do this for the glory of seeing my name online, but…! ;-)

Hello Christine,
Thank you so much for your efforts which we'd definitely wish to recognise. I've shared your query about Surveys not showing on the stats page with the team. It might be that we could only show three stats on the top line but I'll find out.
Please do also add a review of your route as well as the survey and then your name in lights will appear in the list.
Best wishes,

I should have added that even if it's one you've reviewed before then it might be good to add another review to show the different time of the year.
Best wishes,

Thanks Cristie. That's interesting - does that mean one person could do 3 reviews at 3 different times and get the route verified that way?

You're welcome. Good question. We've got a clever piece of coding that means it has to be three separate people to get route verification. One person can absolutely review a route multiple times to be able to show seasonality. For things like bridge closures that are then reopened then that's probably better to edit the original review.
