can the route data be made available for open source hiking maps ?

I was interested to see that there are very few hiking maps available in the UK via this website https://hiking.waymarkedtrails.org/#?map=12.0/51.4407/-3.1515 and wondered whether it would be possible to give them a nudge to add your data to their database?
