The meeting point is in the taxi rank, where the fourth or fifth cab in line will almost always be waiting. Plus it's cobbled and surrounded by cobbles for some distance from any angle.

In practice it's unlikely people would actually meet there, so perhaps it's not worth moving, but if it is possible it doesn't need to go far.  Maybe use epic.exile.duck - within the external station entrance area but at the side of a wide piece of pavement. This is the only step/cobble-free way into the station and the layout means no need to approach it across the cobbles outside the hotel near Villiers St. I suggest either successes.online.gums, which is even closer, but just outside the station bounds on The Strand pavement near a bus stop.

  Thanks for suggesting this move of the meeting point.  Seems to make sense to move it to a location without cobbles.  I've added it to the document for our next network review.
