Terminology

Just wondering if any other Slow Wayers stumble over terminology?  I've been delighted to share with folks that I've recently completed walking York's “web” - that is accepted Slow Ways terminology -  but how am I to continue?  I tend to explain that this means I've walked all 8 "spokes" plus all 8 routes round the “rim” of the web.  But that's confusing an arachnid metaphor with a bicycle one.  Help!  ;-)
