Present verified routes first in lists

If you go to the /SlowWay/Uppshe page, you see that Uppshe has four options but Uppshe Three is verified. Uppshe One and Two have flags on them and Uppshe Four has had no attention at all yet. Does it still make sense to display the routes as One, Two, Three, Four in this case? Shouldn't we be promoting verified routes above flagged ones, at least?

The Upp settlement (Upper Derwent Visitor Centre) is a good example of this issue as it has flagged options on most of its Slow Ways, due to being surrounded by tricky moorland terrain. Basically I was wondering if settlement pages like that will ultimately be cleaned up to show good routes and not bad ones, maybe when the site comes out of beta.
