    Ditto for me; although it’s not obvious to me where it shows up - but this may be because I had to re-register with a different username (and I subsequently need to re-log in every so often) and now appear to have two ‘subscriptions’.

    I've done the survey training a dozen times but still doesn't let me survey. Is there some confusion about how you log in? I can't work it out at all - I have one email address but seem to have 2 logins.....
