Becoming a surveyor

I have completed the training to become a surveyor, but each time I click on 'survey a route' for the route I walked today it tells me to complete the surveyor training and come back later. How do I get my account to register that I have completed the training?

  I'm having the same problem. Would be interested to know how to resolve it.

  I had the same problem but eventually the “Survey” button appeared. Not sure how resolve this but I ran through the training again after I had the issue the first time. Maybe that solved it or it could just be a delay in the system.

  I've completed the survey several times over the last couple of days with no luck. I wondered if there is a confusion with the user ID that it asks for. Did you create a new one or use the same as your profile? I'm not sure what the user ID is meant to be.
