Tunstall
Tunstall in Stoke-on-Trent should be a place. I am trying to make useful comment as I doubt that until now there has been anyone familiar with Stoke-on-Trent involved in Slow ways. Stoke-on-Trent is an unusual city in that it is actually 6 towns. These 6 towns are very distinct and are of huge community and human geographical significance locally. The 6 towns are Longton, Fenton, Stoke, Hanley, Burslem, Tunstall. I think all 6 should be slow ways places. It is not that they are parts of a city, they were there before the city and are culturally important. Currently Longton and Stoke are slow ways places but the other four are missing. Tunstall is one of these, please include it.

Sorry that I hadn't seen this comment before. You've identified the problem, the unique situation of the city being a confederation of six towns has wrong footed the rules. I was actually going to suggest Hanley at the very least being added as otherwise Stoke City Centre does not have a node and that is absolutely crazy. I notice that Stoke meeting spot is on the pavement outside the railway station which is situated outside of the main part of the town of Stoke. As you might gather, I too am very familiar with Stoke and it would benefit from more way points.
