Lightwater used rather than Bagshot

Lightwater in Surrey is used as a place but not Bagshot, I think this is a mistake, lightwater and Bagshot are about a mile apart but lightwater is smaller than Bagshot, doesn't have as many services and doesn't have a train station. I can't really think why anyone other than people who live there would want to go there. Having both lightwater and Bagshot wouldn't make sense but having lightwater instead of Bagshot makes even less sense.
