Suggestion to add wording to the “Survey Submitted” webpage

There seem to be a number of people who are experiencing time delays when they upload their surveys.  (I’ve been one of them).  It looks like it is normal for there to be a 24 hour period (ish) of waiting time before the survey appears on the website.  It might circumvent a lot of the help desk/bug/ forum reporting if the developer adds a sentence or two to the webpage that appears at the end of our survey submission.  I.e. something like “Thanks for submitting the survey.  Your survey will go live in X hours.”

  Yes please, I submitted my survey on Saturday evening, three days ago and it still hasn't shown up on the website. Are they vetted by hand(eye)?
