Photos not appearing

Today I submitted a review of Hoywoo with 1 photo, and a full survey of the route with around 30 photos.  I did this on an iPad and it was quite a laborious process, taking around an hour.  When I look at the review and survey now, there is no photo visible on the review and no photos visible on the survey.   Do these photos have to be authorised by an administrator or have they gone missing somewhere?

  I know this isn't the same issue but I've noticed when looking back at a survey I have submitted that it has duplicated some of the photos and comments.

  Could there be a way that 'authors' can amend their surveys/photos?

  Hi Steve,

  Thanks for letting us know. The photo surveys have proved brilliantly popular and I hadn't anticipated people uploading to many. The system has caught up now and your photos are showing now. They're brilliant so thank you so much for uploading them. There are loads of opportunities for improving the functionality of this part of the site and I'm starting to think about how we can autosize them, page and even show them on a map.

  Many phones can geotag the photos you take, so that could be used to allow accurate placement on a map without much work from the submitter.

  Ok, thanks Darren.  What about the photo I uploaded with the Review?  That is also not showing.

  I can see some photos in the survey but not on the review.  Your image should be showing by now - there was an issue around file size but I don't think this is what happened here.  Please could you upload it again to the review?  Let me know if you get any error messages or other issues.

  Thanks Cristie. How do I upload it to the review?  From what I can see, you can not amend a review once you’ve written it, or upload/change the photos?

  Happy to help.  If you write a new review including images and let me know when it's there then I can remove the previous one for you.  Just let me know which Hoywoo one isn't it?
