Snails!
Question for Slow Ways Support. Can anyone give a figure on how many routes have been verified? How many "Snails" have been awarded? I walked my sixteenth Slow Way yesterday and it was the first one that anyone else had already reviewed. I was wondering whether this is typical or whether anywhere else is getting the reviews in!

Thanks for asking...there's a numbers-note covering exactly this on its way to all who've reviewed and surveyed routes!
8 routes have been fully verified (snails!), 693 verified once, and over 1,000 reviews posted.
You can now see a table of which routes have been reviewed or surveyed for a location by viewing its Place page. Lichfield is a great example Slow Ways, walks to and from Lichfield.

Thanks for this. I've identified a local route that's had two favourable reviews that I'm hoping to "snail" on Saturday.
