Question around priorities
Apologies if this has already been answered somewhere, I had a look here, and on the FAQs but couldn't find a definitive answer.
I walked Kirque One on Friday, and then took a different route back later in the day. I was wondering about submitting this second route. The other route spends a bit more time on roads (a quiet B road mostly).
Basically my question is: does a second route have merit, even if it's slightly "worse" than the existing route? Kirque one has some possible access challenges. This route does too, but it's wider and doesn't involve climbing any stairs.
I would say it does follow the Slow Ways methodology, but may not be "significantly better" just different. Would the route be a useful addition?

Hi Lewis,
Thanks for asking this question. I guess it would depend on what slightly "worse" meant. If it just meant it was a bit longer but the accessibility was improved then I think it would be worth uploading it as a route using the suggest a better route function. You could add this to the description of the route so people wanting to walk it can make clear choices.
Does that help at all?
