Circular SlowWays
Some of the distances across Wales may only appeal to long distance walkers. Could we also include walks just based around a single SlowWays node ? I.e. circular walks around a town ? Same start and ending point. this may appeal more to people who want to do a smaller walk from their town. Also looking at Wales the public transport is so dire a lot of walks are going to have to be multi day. Perhaps this will get more people to the site and also consider longer walks ? That way you don't have to add a load more nodes to the network

I actually think that more nodes ARE required and that the nodes are in places that do have public transport. Adding nodes, however, has the problem that routes between then will cross the existing long distance slow ways and the software used does not currently allow routes to cross each other. The solution would be to have more nodes and adjust the software to allow routes to cross each other. Note that circular routes are likely to have the issue of crossing paths too!

I am using 2 versions of the same route for my circular walks.
So I’m planning on walking Sanbee 3 to go from Sandiacre to Beeston and Sanbee 2 for the return journey.
