Change config of Slow Ways near Catford, SE London

Pleas can you take out the Slow Way joining Crystal Palace to Bromley and replace it with one from Catford to Elmers End?

It would improve the network because:

1) The new config would break up the theoretical polygon Catford-Bromley-Elmers End-Crystal Palace more evenly.

2) CryBro One (BroCry?) is less than ideal. The only review is just 3 star and notes it (uneccessarily) uses very busy roads on the eastern end. 

3) It's not necessary in itself. Two of the other polygon edge routes (CatBro 1 and CryCat 1) converge in the centre of the polygon, so it'd be super easy to visually pick out a good route for Cry-Bro without it existing independently, it'd actually be an improvement on CryBro One and would hardly be any longer.

It's mostly off road and because it uses the Waterlink Way walking route and overlapping Nat Cycle Route 21 there is useful pre-existing signage.
