What are the rules about routes that aren't usable 24/7?
I tried to find anything on the FAQs about this, but it might be easier just to ask. A few routes in Greater Manchester pass through its city parks, which the public are allowed to walk through during the day, but the gates are locked at dusk (or whatever time is posted on the gate).
They're nice routes, but do we need to mark them for access issues, because you technically can't use them all of the time? Or is this OK as most people will want to use them during the day anyway?
