Surveyors but not reviewers

I've noticed several times that a route has been surveyed but not also reviewed by the surveyor. And the last two times the route was just one review away from claiming a snail!

Maybe they forgot, or just thought it would count for both, but it is a shame. Perhaps it's worth adding something to the "Thank you for your Survey" email to prompt for a review.

And less often I've wondered why the author of a new route hasn't reviewed it, specifically because their description or the review they left on the previous iteration before submitting the new one very strongly suggests they have actually walked it. Maybe the "Thank you for your new route" could also be tweaked.

  Thank you, I'll share that idea and see what we can do.  You're right it would be great to get reviews as well as surveys.  I'll add it as a suggestion for a future newsletter.
