Hi there,

I've completed the online training a few times but it isn't showing on my profile as complete.  This means I have been unable to survey the routes I've walked recently.

I'm not sure if I've created two profiles in error causing this issue?  Any advice would be great as I feel guilty not putting my survey report in!

  Thank you so much for all your efforts.  Apologies for the delay in replying.  I've checked your record and think this has now been sorted out and you should be able to post surveys.
