Eckington

The start point in Eckington (SK42387 79093) is strangely located several hundred yards down the main road from the actual centre of the village / town. I assume this was chosen as it's marked as the location of a Post Office.

I'd strongly recommend moving the start point to either the church (SK 43204 79723) or the bus station (SK42993 79376) which are far more central

  Having walked a number ofthe Slow Ways to or from eckington I strongly agree that the meeting place is in the wrong place. While the bus station is a bit bleak it's very close to the town shops.
